Requirements

Qualification 

  • Bachelor degree with experience of  accounting for more than or equals to 1 year.
  • Core competencies in accounting Principles
  • Must have prior knowledge of Tally accounting software. 
  • Good knowledge of Ms. office, Google Sheet & doc,  accounting packages.
  • Readiness to learn new skills, training and apply those to work effectively.
  • Ability to lead, direct and supervise.
  • Comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information 
  • Organizational Skills, Creativity 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity and passionate
  • Can handle Pressure, self driven and motivated towards work.
  • Best if has knowledge of Odoo ERP. New to ERP? Don’t worry, professionals here at Salyani will help you until you are capable of performing on your own.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily update of Account entries of the company.
  • Preparation of the journal voucher, debit voucher, contra voucher, wages sheet, salary sheet, bank reconciliation
  • Process payroll, Keep updated about salary.
  • Maintain Audit Report.
  • Maintain record about employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and working schedule)
  • Conducting new employee orientation and maintaining relations with employees.
  • Organizing events in the company to refresh the employees.
  • Serve a link between management and employee by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
