STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Below are the standard terms and conditions of sale.
VAT/ TAX :
- All the prices are Inclusive of VAT. All the products come under VAT and Tax.
Warranty:
- One year general maintenance warranty of product/service. Warranty does not cover for natural disaster, high voltage, physical damage and unauthorized maintenance.
- Three year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects for these products
a. BOSCH. b. Honeywell c. and as per project or product mentioned.
Delivery :
- Normal delivery within 3-4 weeks after order confirmation.
Payment:
- 40% advance on order confirmation and remaining after the installation and commissioning of the system.
- In advance 100% payment has to be made for prepaid / Software and Subscription based product and services.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation of the order must be informed at least a week in advance
After Sales Service/Customer Service
- Organization will be available over the phone[office hour] / email / customer support bot for any inquiry.
- Will provide necessary training/documentation/service as per AMC.
- Will acknowledge any inquiry within 24 hours.
